I started working on one of the WIPs that's been sitting around for a couple years.
Muse-directed writing has its ups and downs. I just ended up with a huge climactic Plot Device that will send concussions through the remainder of the WIPs left to finish the Big Damn Series(tm). Also, it will make a 110 page story into another novel.
Damn you, Muse. Why the Christmas present? You could have done this before I started seeing job ads for things I stand a chance at interviewing for....
But this is going to be a better story for it, if I can continue to do ten pages a day I might get it done before I'm employed. And the Janeway of the C&C universe will get to save the day, if I can only figure out how to write myself out of the nice boggling corner I'm in.
